The Finance, Procurement & Administration Ministry operates on the core church values of transparency, integrity, and equity. Our primary purpose is to see to it that the church’s funds are managed safely and expended judiciously for the glory of God and the advancement of His kingdom.
We work closely with the church leadership and other ministries to ensure that all financial matters are handled with the utmost accountability.
Our Core Focus Areas:
- Preparing, monitoring, and controlling the annual church budget.
- Assisting other ministries in preparing their budgets when necessary.
- Overseeing the depositing of giving and other funds, as well as managing withdrawals.
- Ensuring the effective disbursement of funds using petty cash, payment vouchers, and proper receipting.
- Presenting periodic Financial Reports and Projections to the Elders and the congregation.
